Armed Carjacking Suspect Ties Up FedEx Delivery Driver, Flees With Packages: Philly PD (Video)

An armed carjacking suspect who was seen on video tying up a FedEx delivery driver and fleeing with packages in Philadelphia was being sought by police.

A camera on the mail delivery truck captured the Thursday, Feb. 10 incident on the 4300 block of Tackawanna Street, which shows the masked suspect walking into the vehicle, pointing a gun at the driver, and tying him up before driving a short distance, according to the Philadelphia Police Department.

The man stops on the 1600 block of Womwrath Street, where he ran off with several packages sometime around 11 a.m., police said. He was last seen walking east on Womwrath towards Orchard Street, according to police.
